I got these granny printed Doc Martens a month-ish ago and I absuloutly love them. They seemed perfect to wear with a girly outfit on a visit to a local farm to get some cold apple cider and flowers. Plus I have always been obsessed with ballerina stuff so they are the perfect remedy to frilly stuff without seeming too sudden.

Wrap: Banana Republic silk cashmere
“Dress”: Banana Republic skirt
Tights: self ripped. Unknown brand
Locket: Urban Outfitters
Boots: Floral Doc Martens

I got a lot of comments on it, some positive, some negative when I wore it last week (I always seem to post my outfits a while after I wear them.)
At least five perceptive people pointed out that my tights were ripped.
Nooooo...really..? I didnt notice.
P.S: ballet photos are from google

Great docs. I like your outfit.

Haha. I wish I was as skilled at "self ripping" tights as you are.

I was in the process of linking you to my blog when I got distracted by your music player!

I love your blog, it is simply magical.

Commentors can occasionally be silly, but I really like to hear all sorts of different views.
I really like those leggings with the full skirt. I don't know if I can pull of Docs, I'm always afraid of making myself look short!

I think the doc martins are great, i would definitely go for this pattern if I had the guts to carry of doc martins. I'm afraid this would bring more attention to my already short stumpy legs xx

I love DMs. I was slightly horrified when they started coming back...I remember wearing them during primary school! I was toying with the idea of buying some white ones, but your printed ones are awesome
